This bozo rides a tiny bike so hot, he's literally melting to it.
Though the melting might be because his flesh is reminiscent of vanilla ice-cream.
Both explanations are debatable.
Though the Melting Bozo has vehicular capabilities, he is actually not as quick as the Mad Slasher.
His bike does, however, make him the shortest of the killer clowns. He is far more difficult to hit than say a hulking Robuster. Coupled with his unpredictable movements he is definitely the hardest clown to blast.
The Melting Bozo will run down any of those unlucky enough to cross his path.
